Rose muffin, that doesn't contain rose, hehe.
As the rose that I talk about is the apple rose, that's made from cooked apple slices. Just placing it over these simple muffins it makes the muffins look very cute with delicious apple flavor too. So, rather than giving a real rose, you can give this edible rose muffin to someone you love, instead.
Choose a large red apple for making apple rose, the one with firm texture is better, as you can roll it easily when crating rose shape. Not only for cake or muffin, but you can also use apple rose for decorating tarts, pies too.
This muffin is not only easy to make (just whisk all the ingredients together ^^), using yogurt makes the texture moist when maple syrup adds lovely sweet fragrance. Serving this lovely muffin with fruity hot tea is the best choice (for me).
