Not that I didn't want to bake, I'm still dreaming about making different kinds of dessert but going into the kitchen and start preparing is another story. So in oder to get myself moving I had to do something!!!!!
And yes, I had to bake something easy that I wanted to eat, and I realised that simple cookie was something that I missed. Simply cookie with lot of chocolate chips, this time I baked it in thin and crispy form not a thick and cakey cookies as usual. The most different part in this recipe is it has baking soda but doesn't contain brown sugar, the result is the cookie will spread while baking and set in thin form. You can make it more crispy by baking it again in
150℃ for 10-15 minutes, after the cookies become and cool completely, as the cookies will be drier and crispier ^^.

Crispy Chocolate chip cookies
Makes 12-13 pieces
115 g .......................... Unsalted butter
150 g .......................... Granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ......................... Salt
1/2 tbsp ........................ Vanilla bean paste
1 .................................. Egg
150 g ........................... All purpose flour
1/2 tsp ......................... Baking soda
120 g ........................... Chocolate chips
Preheat an oven to 190℃
Line baking sheet with baking paper.
Beat the butter until smooth, add sugar, salt and vanilla bean paste, and beat to combine.
Add the egg.
Beat to combine.
Sift the flour and baking soda into the bowl.
Pour the chocolate chips into the bowl.
Fold to combine.
Use 5.5 cm ice cream for shaping the cookie dough.
Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
Ready!!!!
