No Knead Batter Buns

I rarely post bread recipe in my blog lately, and you may think that I didn't bake it, but the fact is my sister uses bread machine all the time, haha, so I don't have a chance to make bread.

Because baking mean eating right?  But when I really want to try this recipe , I told her that her had to stay away from the bread machine for 2-3 days. This recipe is a very, very easy way to make bread, no knead, just put the ingredients into the bowl, and beat them until combine, that's all. Plus it uses less time to prove too.
I think it's suitable for anyone (or everyone), because you don't need any skill to stir the ingredient, haha. If you never bake bread before, I really suggest this recipe, it's the first step to try freshly baked bread at home, as it's the privilege of the home baker that you can't find them anywhere!
