Mocha Chocolate Fudge Cake

I don't have enough chocolate lately, and really need it now.

 Because I need it now, so the quicker the better. This cake is very easy, you can make it in less than 40 minutes ^^. With only one bowl, melt then stir the ingredients into the butter, bake and Voila you get the chocolate cake.
With the coffee flavour (from instant coffee granules), this chocolate cake has a hint of bitterness, so it's great to pair it with sweetened whipped cream. But if you want more luxury try eating this cake with vanilla ice cream, a cup of coffee and you'll be in heaven.
So, let go to the kitchen and make this cake together, ^^.

Mocha Chocolate Fudge Cake 
Make 15x15 cm cake


35g .................................. Walnut, lightly roasted and chopped
100g ................................ Granulated sugar
75g ................................... Butter, cut into small cubes
35g ................................... Cocoa powder
1 1/2tsp ........................... Instant coffee granules
.......................................... Pinch of salt
1 ........................................ Egg, chilled
35g .................................... All purpose flour
To serve
............................................ Sweetened whipped cream

Preheat the oven to 160°C
Line 15x15cm baking pan with baking paper.

 Put the butter, cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, salt and sugar in a microwavable bowl.
Place in the microwave and heat for 40 seconds -1 minutes (600w), until the butter melt.
Remove from the microwave and stir to combine, let the mixture cool for 4 minutes.
Crack the egg into the bowl, stir to combine.
Pour the flour into the bowl, stir to combine, add the walnut, fold to combine.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top and bake for 18-25 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan, then cut into pieces.
Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
