Strawberry cheesecake: My cake is sweet and so are you ^^

Cheesecake is one of my life's pleasure ^^, soft, smooth and rich well, it's hard to resist it.

When adding some fruits into the cheesecake, they make cheesecake more interesting and the taste of the fruits help reduce the heaviness from the cake too.
This cheesecake is very easy and very delicious, hehe, the strawberry sauce is not fully mix into the cheesecake so you will taste both the richness of the cheesecake and the sweetness of the strawberry at the same time.
One of the most important thing for baking good cheesecake is not to overbake it. The cake will be fully cook while cooling, so don't make a mistake by baking it until fully set from the oven or your cake will be dry and crack.
Serve it with hot tea and a big smile, I know you will love it.
