Earl Grey tea Madeleine

New Madeleine recipe, again, haha.

I don't know why I love Madeleine so much, but I love to make, bake, and eat it. And one more thing: I always fall in love with the Madeleine pan!
This time, it is an Earl Grey tea flavor Madeleine, that's packed with lovely tea fragrance.

Not only the new flavor but I have a new pan too. It's the largest pan that I have now ^^. The size of the Madeleine pan is 6.4 x 6.4 x 3.4 cm. The pan's deepness is my favorite point. With a deep pan, your Madeleine will be very moist in the center (like a small cake).
You can bake this recipe in a standard pan too, but you will have to adjust the baking time to suit your pan size.
