Garlic Butter Naan

Today's recipe is a flatbread.

I really love to bake bread and my family enjoys it more than other things that I make, haha. Because we can eat it as a meal (not only as a snack).

Besides eating, kneading is fun. For me, it's the best way to relieve stress.

Naan is an Indian flatbread that can be made without using an oven. Even though I have many naan recipes on my blog, I still have many recipes on my list that I still want to try.

You can eat it alone or serve it with curry too. If you can't finish it on the day that it is made, you can enjoy it by reheating it in the oven, the bread will be crispier. Or place a sheet of cheddar cheese over the bread before reheating to turn it into a cheesy naan.
