I have too many hobbies, and I always think that I don't have enough time to do anything that I want (reading, cooking, playing games, etc). But I know that even though I have 48 hours per day, I still don't have enough time, haha.
Lately, baking bread is one of my sources of happiness, and I have endless bread recipe ideas in my head.
Making a recipe is fun, not only that we have to think about the flavor, but we also have to think about the image (or selecting the pan), the dough that we will use, and the resting and baking time, there are so many things to think about.
This time, I started from bread with a load of filling, hehe, and the filling that I wanted was flavorful white sauce. I added cheddar cheese to the sauce as it made the sauce thicken and gave more flavor, but if you want the flavor of the filling to be milder, you can use pizza cheese (ex. mozzarella) instead.
The bread dough is simple and very easy to make, for this kind of dough you can make your life easier by using the bread machine to knead the dough for you ^^. If you want to plan ahead, making the filling 1 day in advance is a good idea too.
