This time is a savory type of bread that's packed with cheese, butter, and garlic, plus you can share it easily as it's a pull-apart bread.
To make life easier, I use a stand mixer to knead the bread dough (anyway, you can hand0knead too, if you want). With all-purpose flour, this dough is very easy to knead, it needs less time than the bread flour.
For the filling, my recipe is only a suggestion, haha. You can use more cheese and garlic to suit your taste. If you want the filling to have stretchability you can you pizza cheese, well, it's your bread, you can choose the one that you like.
I have a very, very long list of the bread recipes that I want to try, but I have to wait for the order from my customer (= my family members, ^^) as I can't eat all the things that I make! I know that they love the savory kind of bread more than the sweet ones, as my bread was gone very quickly. You can eat it on its own, with food (sausages, fried chicken, etc.), or I really want to say that try it, it's very good!!
