Brioche Burger buns

When most of us have to stay at home, the best activity is making delicious things to eat, haha.

Today, the menu is Brioche Burger buns. For me, a burger is not Junk food, esp. when we use good quality meat and good bread.
And my burger's made with Brioche buns. Bread that's rich with a lot of eggs and butter. ^^
Brioche is not hard to make, because the dough is needed to refrigerate before shaping and baking, you can prepare it ahead of time too.

You will find that dough is very sticky when kneading by hand, but don't add more flour to the dough. It will be easier to work with after refrigerating, keep the flour for lightly dusting your hand and the workspace when shaping the buns.
Using pans or rings helps the bun keep its shape beautifully, as you need to let it rise quite long for a soft and fluffy bun.
You can serve the buns as a hamburger bun, for the sweet tooth, filled them with cream or buttercream is a good idea too.
