Today's menu is fried rice!!!
Actually, it's the easiest rice menu, and one of my favorite things on earth, haha. For me making fried rice is fun, esp. when I don't have any plan in my head and open the fridge. With cooked rice and whatever you have in the fridge (or in a can), you can create a delicious fried rice menu.
For this recipe, even I started by cooking the rice, but you can use the cooked rice that you already have in the fridge too ^^.
Lately, I used most of my time painting watercolor and found out that something that we see it every day can become very cute when we turn it into a watercolor painting. And the one that you see here is a painting of the rice bag that I use in this recipe.
Well, talking about our today's menu again, ^^.
When making fried rice, I love to sprinkle the salt before eating (not serving, haha, because I'm the one who eats it!) especially when your salt is delicious. If you want to try this, use only 1/4 tsp of salt when frying the rice, so you can add more salt to the fried rice before eating.
If you don't eat beef you can use pork in this recipe too.
