Well, you know that I love Oreo, haha, and I can't stop eating it. Because the taste of this cookie is almost the same as cheesecake, it's soft and moist with a bit of flour to make it firm enough to hold its shape, the people who love to eat raw dough will be crazy about it, too.
With only 5 main ingredients, it's very easy to make. The key for this cookie is, don't overbake! It will be very soft when coming out of the oven, and firmer after cooling, anyway, the best way is to keep it in the refrigerator as it will be too soft at room temperature.

Oreo Cheesecake cookies
Makes 11 pieces
80 g ............................ Unsalted butter
.................................... Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp ........................ Vanilla extract
80 g ............................ Cream cheese
100 g .......................... Granulated sugar
100 g .......................... All-purpose flour
8 ................................. Oreo cookies, cut into small pieces
Put butter, cream cheese, salt, and vanilla into a bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Pour the sugar into the bowl, beat to combine.
Put the all-purpose flour, and oreo into the bowl.
Fold to combine.
Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before baking, preheat an oven to 180℃.
Line baking pan with baking paper.
Use 5.5 cm scoop to divide the dough into 11 equal pieces.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely.
