My niece loves to bake (well, she loves to do many things like swimming, playing piano and etc ^^), I don't know that she will keep this passion until grown up or not, but when she wanted to bake, I'm happy to teach. This time is a French little cake (or cookie?, well depend on how you want to categorise it), that you might think that it needs technique to make delicious one.

Well, it's true that you can make it in many way, but today we talking about easy and kid friendly recipe, so there are nothing to be afraid of. As this Madeleine can be made by beating the ingredients together, that's all. The only technique that you need if you're using
metal Madeleine pan is "Don't forget to butter and flour it", as this cake will stick to the pan like crazy, haha.
The size of the Madeleine pan is varies so you will get more or less depend on the size of your pan, but I can be sure that you will be happy with the result.
