I believe that each person has the kind of food that they like, for me, I like simple, easy and mild taste food. This dish is the best example. It's so easy to make and all you need is only one small casserole (I use 17 cm Le Creuset oval casserole.). Using casserole mean you can cook it on the stovetop and take it to the oven without changing the pan, and a small size like this you can serve it easily from the oven.
Pour all the ingredients in the casserole and boil it together, then bake so it's less thing to wash too. You can place it under grill or bake it in hot oven, the key is to cook the prawn and melt the cheese, so check it after 5 minutes to see the color ^^.
