For your sweet Valentine's No.2: Neapolitan Loaf

Sweetness is what I want ^^, and I think that everyone need it too. So, I won't hold back.

I think that for Valentine's day, some of you may need some recipe that easy to transport, so loaf cake is the best answer. Plus you can cut and pack it into a small plastic bag too, if you want to give it to many people.
This cake is very cute, you can see 3 colors, pink, brown and white. Each one has different taste. The white part is Vanilla, that has creamy taste from mascarpone cheese and lovely vanilla aroma. The pink one is strawberry, made by folding strawberry jam into the batter, it has both sweetness and lovely color. The last one is brown, I think you know what the taste is, yes, it's chocolate, that made by adding cocoa powder into the batter.
This cake is very easy to make. You can see from the method that we beat the flour into the butter before adding the egg. With this method, the flour will be covered with the fat before contacting the water from the egg, that means the gluten won't occur easily and you will get soft and fine texture cake.
If you're afraid that the cake will be too sweet from the jam, I suggest making the jam by yourself by following this recipe (^^, don't frown at me this recipe is very easy, you can make jam using the microwave in less than 15 minutes).
Hope you enjoy this sweet cake (I mean that look, the taste is delicious not too sweet, haha), and have lovely and happy Valentine's day.

  3. You can use 45g cream cheese with 5g sugar, or 35-40g sour cream or yogurt ^^ instead of mascarpone.

  5. Thank you so much for translating for me I'm really thankful! For the GLACAGE FRAISES do I do the same method from the COMPOTE DE RHUBARBE AUX FRAISES but bloom the gelatin with lemon juice 2g instead of water? And for the COMPOTE DE RHUBARBE AUX FRAISES how much water do I bloom the gelatin? Also for the GENOISE what do I do for the Syrup 200g, Honey 100g Water 100g that you forgot to add in the recipe and using the same method as other genoise don't include syrup, honey, water and sesame oil that why I'm confuse?

    Thank you :)
