Cheese Dinner roll

Today's menu is cheesy bread ^^

The bread dough is easy to knead by hand (but you can use a bread machine too). This bread is great on its own or you can serve it with any meal.

This time, I used a Skillet, as it can hold the heat longer than a regular cake pan. Thus, the cheese in the center of the bread will stay gooey longer, too.

When kneading the bread you might think the dough is quite dry, but it will be the perfect dough for absorbing the topping (cheese and milk).

I add milk to the cheese to keep it gooey but for a more gooey effect you can melt the cheese and milk together (and let it cool) and pour the mixture into the center of the bread before baking.

You can knead the dough in a bread machine too.

Place the Pizza cheese in the center (80 g per pan).

Pour the milk into the center (35 g per pan).

Pour the olive oil over the dough (1 tsp. per pan).
