Neapolitan cookies

I really love this combination of flavors.

Vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, they go very well with each other and it's cute too. With each bite, you will get a sweet and fragrance from vanilla and strawberry and a bit of bitterness from the chocolate.

Lately, I love the ice-boxed cookie, as I can plan the time better. Because it rains almost every day when the rain comes the light goes, and I don't have enough natural light to shoot the video.

This cookie is very simple and easy to make. You make only one base, then divide it to mix with vanilla, strawberry, and cocoa powder to make different flavors.

So, from this recipe, you can make only one flavor too ^^.
Anyway, I make three flavors and when I want to each only one flavor, I just break it before eating, hehe.

When making this kind of cookie, try not to overbeat the butter and icing, as it will spread too much when you baking it (from the air that you beat into the batter). Or you can use the black silicone baking sheet (the one that has small holes) to suppress the spreading too.
