Cookie dough Brownie

We still have to stay at home ^^.


Actually, for me, I don't feel any different as I love to spend my time at home (there are so many things for me to do), but for people who usually love going out, they must feel very stressful ^^".

But I think it depends on our point of view too, instead of thinking about what you can't do, why don't you think about what you can do? There are many things that you can do at home, for me, I spend most of my time reading. I read about 1-2 books almost every day, haha, and it makes me so happy.
And right now, we still are able to order the thing that we need from the internet, so try to keep optimistic, we will be able to pass this moment.

Now it's time for sweet.
Today it's a brownie. One of my Motto is "when you don't know what to bake, bake brownie", hehe. As the brownie is very easy to make, it's delicious and chocolate makes us happy too.
But it's not only a simple brownie, but it comes with delicious cookie dough. Anyway, you don't have to be worried, because our cookie dough made from butter, sugar, and almond powder, so you can eat it raw with no problem!!!!!
you can make more cookie dough part if you want, but the only problem is it's not firm at room temperature so it will lose its shape easily if it's too high.

So, let's go to the kitchen and making this yummy brownie, I hope all of us (yes, you and me ^^), will pass this time together with good health and a lot of happiness.

Cookie dough Brownie
Makes 15 x 15 cm


Brownie
85 g ....................... Unsalted butter
............................... Pinch of salt
140 g ..................... Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ................... Vanilla extract
2 ............................ Eggs
50 g ....................... All-purpose flour
25 g ....................... Cocoa powder

Cookie dough
65 g ....................... Unsalted butter
1/2 tsp ................... Vanilla extract
............................... Pinch of salt
20 g ....................... Icing sugar
75 g ........................ Almond powder
40 g ........................ Chocolate chips


Preheat an oven to 180℃
Line 15 x15 cm pan with baking paper.

 Put the butter into a microwavable bowl, and heat in a microwave for 1 minute.
Remove from the microwave, pour the sugar and salt into the bowl and whisk to combine.
Let it cool for 10 minutes.

 Put the eggs and vanilla into the bowl, whisk to combine.

 Pour the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder into the bowl.

 Whisk to combine.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in 180℃  Preheated oven for 22-25 minutes.

 Remove from the oven and let the brownie cool completely on a wire rack.

 Put the butter, salt, and vanilla into a bowl.
Beat until smooth.

 Put the icing sugar into the bowl, and beat to combine.

 Put the almond powder and chocolate chips into the bowl.

 Mix to combine.

 Put the cookie dough over the brownie, and smooth the top.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before cutting into pieces.
