Cinnamon Doughnut

There are many kinds of dessert that you can make without an oven ^^.

Most of them are very easy to make, and doughnut is one of them, and it becomes easier when you just make doughnut in small ball shape, haha. Well, you can roll and cut this dough, but I'm didn't want to do it. Because I made this simple doughnut with my niece, the shortest and easiest method is what I choose. Divide the dough and let her roll them into a ball took less time plus you don't need to refrigerate the dough before cutting or reroll the scrape too!!!
Because it's not yeast doughnut that need resting time, we spent only 1 hour from mixing the dough to eating, I think it's fun to cook with children when you don't make anything complicating.
The oil that I used to fry the doughnut is about 150℃, it's quite low but it's will make the doughnut cooked through. Let the doughnut cool for 1-2 minutes before coating it with cinnamon sugar so the sugar will stick better. Anyway you can serve it without cinnamon sugar too (a bowl of custard sauce is another great option).
