Cooking with children: PB&J French Toast

After trying HK French toast on my HK trip, I really wanted to make it at home.
But I'm so busy lately (you can see that I didn't post my blog for almost a week!!!), and when I started prepared thing for making HK French toast my niece came into the kitchen and said that she wanted to help, ^^". Well HK French toast is not hard to make, but the only problem is you need to deep fry it, and I can't recommend it when coking with kid (unless the kid is very good at cooking, haha). So I changed the plan and make something easier like this peanut butter and jam French toast instead.
It's very easy and you can let the children do almost everything, I only helped her when placing the bread in the hot pan.
Eating this indulgent PB&J French Toast with delicious salted butter and load of syrup, and now I had enough energy to work again, haha.
