Rice Pizza: Super quick, and easy pizza

 You don't have to knead to make this pizza, plus it doesn't need yeast, or oven too ^^.


Because it's "RICE PIZZA", with very short list of ingredients, you can create delicious at home. I think this recipe is good in many way, first, no knead, second, no waiting time, and if you're allergic to gluten or yeast, it's the best choice!
You can cook rice for using in this recipe, or (better ^^), you can use leftover cooked rice, and turn it into something your family will be happy with, hehe.
I use tomato base pasta sauce as a base but simple tomato ketchup is a great option (it will be a bit sweeter). For the topping, you can put anything that you like into this pizza, well it's your pizza, so enjoy it the way you want!

 Rice Pizza
Serve 2 


Cooked rice
1 cup .............................. Thai jasmine rice
1 1/3- 1 1/5 cup .............. Water 

Rice Pizza 
200g ............................... Cooked rice
1/4tsp ............................. Salt
1 ..................................... Egg
1 tbsp .............................. Rice bran oil
......................................... Pasta sauce (or Ketchup)
......................................... Pizza cheese
......................................... Topping, I use bacon, onion and mushroom ^^






  Thai jasmine rice

 Put rice in a bowl and pour water into the bowl, mix quickly to remove some extra starch.


 Drain the rice.


 Put in a rice cooker, and pour 1 1/3-1 1/5 cup of water (depend on the softness of the rice that you want) into the cooker.
Use normal function to cook rice.


 When the rice is ready, remove from the rice cooker.


 You will need 200g  of the cooked rice for this recipe.
Put 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 egg into the bowl of cooked rice.


 Mix to combine.


 Place a frying pan (with lid) over low heat.
Pour rice bran oil into the pan.


 Pour the mixed rice into the pan, and press until level.


 Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.


Then turn it upside down.

 Spread pasta sauce over the rice, and sprinkle with pizza cheese.


 Place topping over the cheese and sprinkle with another layer of pizza cheese.


 Cover with the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes more.


 The cheese will melt completely ^^.


Sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy.
