All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together and pour in the molds (mine is from 60 baht shop, hehe) or you can use paper cups.
The weather in Thailand is too warm -*-, and yes last week when I was in New York it's not cold (many people asked me "Do you think it's the same as in Thailand?", and my answer is "Yes"). So, I really want something sweet and ice cold to lower the heat!.
As it's very easy to make, you can make it with your children, I think they will be very happy to help. To remove the popsicle, warm the side of the mold with warm towel, it will come out easily.
Strawberry Milk Bars
Makes 4
12-14 .............................. Strawberries
110ml ............................. Milk
110ml ............................. Whipping cream
80g ................................. Sweetened condensed milk
Cut the strawberries in to thin slices.
Put them in the popsicle molds.
Put the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour into the prepared molds.
Insert a stick into the center of each mold.
Freeze until firm (at least 5 hours).
Easy and delicious!
