Trying to crate something like the one that you eat in the restaurant is not easy, well but you can give it a try. My nephew loves to eat rice burger at Mos Burger, so I think about making it at home.
It made from rice buns and a filling so I believe it's not hard to make, ^^. The key is the rice, it's great to use Japanese short grain rice, because the stickiness of the rice, you can form rice buns easier. Long grain rice can be used too but you may need to press the rice together more firmly. For the filling, this time I make teriyaki pork (actually you can use other kinds of meat, chicken is great too). My nephew's very happy with the result, anyway he didn't let me taking a photo of him while eating, haha, it's fun when you make something for the people you love and watch them eating it, ^^.
I have a great time with my home made Mos Burger style rice burger, but if you don't want to make it by yourself and still want to eat, there is a food delivery website Foodpanda, (this one is in Thailand) where you can order many kinds of foods from famous restaurants too (there are Mos burger, Ootoya and etc you can choose from the list.). So, staying at home doesn't mean that you can't have delicious meal, hehe.
