Happy Cooking with LG SolarDOM: Japanese Chicken curry

I think microwave is necessary for me, I use it all the time, to boil the water, milk or cream. Warm cool food and lately I started cooking with it a lot more.

Because it use less time than traditional cooking (on the stove), and it less messy. This time I use the Microwave function on my LG SolarDOM. The only function that I didn't use is grill, well, will try it soon, haha.
Making Japanese curry requires a lot of time, you need to boil it long enough or it won't be thicken, but this recipe is good when you don't have enough time, only 20 minutes and you can serve delicious chicken curry. The key ingredient is Japanese Curry roux (カレールウ), it's easy to buy it in a box and you can choose the strength of the hot (or spiciness) that you like, I usually use medium hot. Because this curry use the flour in the roux to set it will be runny while cooling but I know that you will finish it before it cool, ^^.

  1. Will it make a difference if I cover the bowl with a kitchen towel instead of the plastic wrap?

  2. While boiling the curry can spill so it will be better to use plastic warp or cover ^^ than kitchen towel.
