Stroopwafel: Caramel filled waffle

My sister told me to make this Stroopwafel (Caramel filled thins waffle), after we ate it at Starbuck many years ago.

Well, it's not hard to make but first you need an equipment, haha. And you know that I have load of kitchen gadgets and equipments (so many that my Mom let me had one room in the house just to keep them), so it took me sometime to make a decision, ^^. Anyway, I just couldn't stop myself so I bought it at last, haha.
The one that I bought is an ice cream cone making iron, that came with plastic cone to create ice cream cone and I think it's one of my best decision. As I can make delicious home made cone, and this yummy Stroopwafel too.
I tried many recipes before most of them end up with hard texture but for this one, as it uses whipping cream and butter as a fat, and for the flour, I use all purpose and cake flour, and they make this waffle crispy when cool.
When talking about filling, you may think that caramel is the only one choice, but the fact is you can fill it with butter cream too (it may sound so sinfully for some people, haha).
Ps.You can use this recipe to make ice cream cone (or cup) too.
