Is it because my egg white weren't beaten stiff enough? if yes, how do i ensure/know when it is stiff enough? if i over-beat the egg whites, what will happen?<br /><br />2) My macarons are somewhat easy to be removed from the baking paper, however, a few of them have tiny spots which sticks to the bottom of the paper.
