I received this request a long time ago, and from many people. When you have only microwave but want to make cake, you can't use the same recipe as the one that baked in the oven.
For me, Blondie is the mix between toffee and cookie. As it made from brown sugar it gives a slightly taste of caramel toffee, but the texture is close to fudge brownie.
This is an old recipe that I posted long time ago in Thai blog hosting, but I stopped updating that blog for years now.
