Multicolour cookies: Come bake with me!

I bake with my niece a lot, and it's quite fun ^^, esp. when I choose the recipe that she can help.
Today, it's children's day in Thailand. So to help some of you who don't know what to do, (and going out is not your choice ^^, because everywhere is crowded). Spending time with your children in in the kitchen is a good option too.
This recipe is very good for making with children, they can do almost every steps. Mix, fold, roll and press (but I didn't say that it will be tidy, haha). If you like, you can add more items (chocolate biscuits, nut or other kinds of chocolate) for decorating the cookie. The colour of the cookie is a bit pale, so don't over bake them or it will be too dry.
