Cheese filled Hamburger

When I look at the list in the food section of my blog, I see a lot of Hamburger recipe, haha. Well, I really like it ^^.

It's easy to make, delicious and full of possibility, you can create endless recipe using your imagination. I think it gives us a feel of children food too, so each time that I eat it I feel like a little kid, (don't ask how old am I, I won't tell you, hehe).
This time there is a little surprise inside ^^, yes, when you cut the cheese open you will find delicious cheese. Actually you can use different kinds of cheese, it depends on your taste but my brother love Cheddar so I go for it.
Serve it with cooked rice is recommended.
*If serving hot the cheese will melt when cut, it will firm up when cool to room temp, but the taste is still delicious.

Serve 2-3 persons

300g .............................. Ground meat (you can use meat, pork or chicken ^^)
1/2 ................................. Onion, finely chopped
60g ................................ Cheddar cheese, cut into 8 pieces
1/2 ................................. Egg
15g ................................. Bread crumbs
....................................... Salt and pepper, to taste
....................................... Oil for frying
Sauce
3tbsp ............................. Ketchup
3tbsp ............................. Chuno sauce (中濃ソース)
1 1/2tbsp ....................... Mirin
1/2tbsp .......................... Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)
15g ................................. Butter

Note* I make double recipe ^^

First cut the cheese into pieces.

Put ground meat, chopped onion, bread crumbs and egg into the bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper.
Mix until fully combine.
Divide the mixed meat into 8, place the meat in the palm of your hand, place the cheese in the center, then cover the cheese with the meat. Shape into a patty.
Repeat until you get 8 patties.

Heat the olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the patties for about 2 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through, then cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the patties to a plate, set aside and keep warm.

Make the sauce:
Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat, then pour other ingredients into the pan, stir and cook until boil.
